I went in just to look at the new 2019 Ram changes and I walked out with a new 2018 Ram Rebel. Bruce Wayne (aka Batman) and Stephen Clarke were amazing to deal with and put up with my sometimes bold humor. Thank you both for making this experience so fun! I love my new truck.

Amazing customer service by South Trail Chrysler, went in to see options to buy either a used or a new 2018 Dodge Ram 1500, and ended up getting an amazing deal on a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie!! Very pleased with my purchase within budget at a good finance rate. Thank you!!

We purchased 3 vehicles from these guys and our salesman Brad was phenomenal. Unfortunately one of our vehicles was stolen within a couple months of buying it. Not only did the dealership provide us with a loaner vehicle while we were down and things got sorted out but when we went back to purchase a fourth vehicle Brad made the experience as pleasant as possible and went out of his way to get us in our new vehicle right away In order to prevent any further inconvenience to us. We will likely be back to purchase our fifth vehicle in January! Oh yeah and the coffee is amazing too !

On a recent visit to repair my Dodge Ram truck mirror Lou in the Service Department took great care of my needs. Dealing with Lou and briefly with Phil the Service Manager was a pleasure in getting my Laramie back to looking great.
