I've had my truck in for service here several times and each time dissatisfied with the service, today I brought my truck in on my own time for the dodge cruise control recall and while it was in I asked if they could adjust the parking brake while it was there, I got a call shortly after dropping it off saying that the cable needed to be replaced and would cost over $200 to do so, so I passed and said maybe another time when I went to pick up my truck from the recall I was informed because I had them look at the parking brake cable I would be charged 51 dollars for a diagnosis fee which is ridiculous. They did zero work and the parking brake cable takes literally seconds to look at, this was the final straw for this dealer I wont be back. Edit, just got home and decided to look for myself and as I thought there was a adjustment bolt under the driver's door, tightened it up and the parking break works perfectly. Don't believe everything the dealers say ask questions get second opinions they stole 51 dollars from me but didn't get the 200 they where looking for. Discolouration on bolt is were it was to where I tighten the nut in to remove the slack.

Our service adviser was simply following protocol, as every request requires a diagnosis - regardless whether the repair is then approved by the customer or not. Perhaps whoever you dealt with didn't clearly explain this to you, and for that I apologize. My first new “build” purchase of my new Jeep Wrangler with Amanda Dolson was amazing! She was very honest, friendly, professional and I loved dealing with her at the Woodstock Chrysler location. I will highly recommend her to my friends and family for any new or used vehicle purchases. Also Shelly Campbell who helped me with the financing. She made the process very stress free, and was very nice to offer me a couple of free promotions, which I really appreciated! Thank you to the two lovely ladies for making my first new Jeep purchase a pleasant and memorable one!!!!

Disappointed in the service department, booked an appointment: called back to find out how long it would take, the service lady was very rude to me. Uncalled for....everyone is a customer and every one should be treated with respect whether on the phone or in person.

I recently bought a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee and found Amanda very customer oriented. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. This is the second vehicle purchase we have done at Woodstock Chrysler and enjoy the atmosphere and customer service. We will continue to shop local.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. Paul the sales person was great, down to earth, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Not once did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. Shelley the fiance lady was a breez to work with, got everything done promptly, great customer service and did what she could to get me my truck. I highly recommend both to deal with. Love my all blacked out 1500 express. Thank you.
