The first day I picked up the vehicle it was back in the shop that same day! The vehicle runs rough.

Had a great experience on this beautiful dealership, The guy on the service centre was very nice, helpful and Professional.. forgot his Name but the girl on the front service & parts who seems didn’t had her coffee this morning shouldnt be working in the front instead should be working in the back not dealing with customers.

Purchased a 2018 ram 1500. I had been in several times to look at different options for vehicles. At the end I decided to go back to another truck and got a great price on it with the discounts. I appreciated how Jessica Berthelette asked what approach I wanted to take with regard to the deal. She broke down the price for me, got a trade in value quickly as well. After some negotiation, we came to a mutual deal that I was satisfied with. Jessica then took great care in getting the truck ready for delivery.

Pleased with my service there. They straight up told me, there is nothing wrong with your car. I brought it in thinking something was wrong. Thanks to the tests they did on the car and other things I asked to them fix up - my car is running smoothly, the way it felt when it was new. Will be permanently switching to this Dodge dealer. I sense there is a degree of integrity and forthrightness in their business.

I'm just not happy with the overall customer service. Nathan was great to deal with. But when it comes to talking with anyone else...They come across as not wanting to help you out...so I now come in on the defence expecting to have a bad experience, and I know in snippy and they are snippy right back at me. And yes I know when someone is being rude back by yelling back hope you have a great day, we will give you a call back when its finished as I'm walking out the door. But it seem like its only dodge that I have this issue. Dealing with Toyota and BMW was a great experience when I owned from them. I've owned a dodge avenger and a prior jeep as well. When I came in i expected a different experience then Courtesy Chrysler...but it's the same. And has left me with the bad taste. Sorry...but I deal with the public, if i have a bad day customers dont see that, they see me with a smile and I bend over backwards to help them out. I dont "huff" when asked to do something or make them wait and not acknowledge they are there.
