My experience with St. Albert Dodge was second to none. From the moment I began looking on line for competitive pricing St. Albert Dodge was the best. There was no pressure and tones of knowledge during my experience. I am the kind of customer that is hard to please and this team of sales, management and financial administration made me walk away feeling as though I got a great deal and was well taken care of every step of the way. In short I am one happy customer! The team at St. Albert Dodge made my experience a breeze from finding the perfect Jeep to making my 15 year long dream of owning one a reality. Mark Ammar (my favourite sales guy), Doug Caldwell (the best of the management team) and Perry Macfarlane (the superstar who made the numbers even for me) were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new (or used) vehicle.

If anyone is interested in suburb service in the highest quality, you must visit St.Albert dodge!!! I have been in serval times and am truly amazed at the outstanding service each and every time I go. Staff are amazing!!!

Bought a basic 2016 Ram 1500 from them for around 43k and within 6 months you could buy the same truck if not slightly nicer for 32k... they blamed it on the ever fluctuating incentives. I ended up selling it after learning a valuable lesson about spending and trust, and years later I am still paying for it! :D The kicker is they sold it to me without issue or hesitation whilst I was making minimum wage, renting and supporting myself. I will never buy a new vehicle again, poor investment! Priced right, right up your ASS!

Justin, we are sorry about the experience you had on your new vehicle purchase in 2015. Unfortunately the month to month incentives are strictly withheld from all dealers until the first day of the new month. It puts the dealer in a very tough spot as well, relating to situations just like yours. We sell based on the current month incentives provided from the manufacturer, when incentives change for better or worse there is nothing we can do with a finalized transaction. In regards to selling you the vehicle while you we’re on a tight budget, this is 100% the decision of the buyer, not the seller. Our salespeople will not discriminate if the buyer can or cannot afford the vehicle unless something is boldly not right. The loan specifics are submitted to financial institutions, they will advise if the loan is approved or not. If approved, the buyer will always have the final decision to proceed or not.
