Steve is a remarkable man ! Any time we need a question answered and something checked he is there . We so appreciate him helping us and it also is the reason we continue to get vehicles from OMS. Not only are we well looked after by Brian our sales man but also well taken care of by Steve. He not only is good with us but also our son and daughter and parents. Hats off to you Steve! Unfortunately you only have 5 stars here Steve deserves a huge 10 :)

I took my car in for a recall, staff explain the problem and how it was to be repaired Set a time to pick up of the car. Staff were kind and courteous from the Service tech to the key pick up area. The bonus was the car wash.

Brought my vehicle in for it's recall servicing and was greeted promptly as I walked in, served immediately and before I left my car had already been taken in to the shop for it's servicing! Apart from the servicing experience, there are two things worth mentioning. First, when I booked the appointment it would have been extremely helpful to have been informed of their pick up and drop off service where they come to get your car from your home and then drop it back off! I have an infant and had to reschedule my appointment since my sitter cancelled. Secondly, when I called to reschedule this appointment I was treated as if I was inconveniencing the woman on the other end who was a bit rude to me. I was informed that if I cancelled my appointment I might not have the appropriate parts in stock for my recall. Even when I explained my situation her demeanour did not change. I understand everyone can have an 'off' day but I did not take too kindly to how I was treated and hope this does not happen again.

I always feel good when I leave OMS. The people are very helpful and courteous. It feels like visiting with old friends.
