Car had the service engine light on. The mechanic found the bad sensor. Replaced needed parts and had the car ready before the end of my work day.

I am always treated with respect at OMS and the service is great. Steve McTavish is always helpful and honest and I respect his opinion. I never feel I am being misled. When calling the service dept, it would be nicer to reach Steve directly rather than being transferred. Sometimes the ladies on the service phone are edgy.

My engine light came on and I didn't know what to do, the service rep assured me not to worry and suggested a diagnostic test. The light never came on again! I cancelled the service call.

The OMS team go the extra mile to ensure all of my needs are taken care of when my Cruze is in for service! I have had things fixed that I was not aware had an issue!

John suggested we not spend the extra money on a vehicle we were putting up for sale 'as is'. We listened to his advice and sold the vehicle for the same as what we bought it for 4 years earlier. The buyer was not concerned about the issues that we were thinking of addressing. Apparently these were common issues he had had in other safaris. Thank you John...you saved us a few hundred dollars.

I just had snows put on, and I was getting message on dash about low tire pressure while driving home from work, Joe on desk told me to pop in which I did and Travis spoke to Zachary the Tech that worked on my van and he took it and corrected it, was asked to keep an eye in case I have a leak, which I will. Was happy to be taken care of immediately especially with the bad weather. Thank you OMS

Service is very professional from service desk to the technicians in shop. One think I will like se improve is time of the service some time takes too long for simple oil change.
