I have owned my car for over 5 years now and have been a customer for over 10 years. I have always been treated with respect, my questions answered and everything explained so that I understand.

Fabulous service!!!! Regardless of who I have at the service desk, they are great. If I have a problem with the vehicle they listen carefully and it is always corrected within a given period of time. Shuttle service is excellent and very much appreciated. When I called regarding an issue on a Saturday, the person I talked to was so kind and sent a note for a service appointment. (They don't make appointments on the weekend for the next week.) The day before the service appointment I stopped in just to confirm and there was no record of an appointment. The same lady was so apologetic and immediately made sure things were rectified. That is fabulous service!!!

I booked an appt. for an oil change for 2pm on a friday. When I arrived, no appt was booked for me then, it was booked for 8 30am! So, then when I complained, the gentlemen squeezed me in, however, there was going to be no ride home, I was going to HAVE to stay, so I was told. After complaining, I got my car the ride home I was hoping for since I roller bladed home. Here's the thing, I who made the appt. days in advance, should not have to make a huge stink in the office to get what I had already asked for in the first phone call to make the appt. This was my 3rd time for an oil change, and I have to say, both other appt. were about the same in professionalism NOT GOOD.... the first one I was almost MADE to pay for a tire rotation that I had no idea was even going to happen, the next time, I was almost made to pay for the entire oil change and tire rotation, which i knew about the tire rotation this time! Too many people trying to do the same car which then creates too much communication needed, TAKE one car, one staff member to work on that car, and maybe things will go more smoothly! I have ONE last oil change to do with your service center and I think IF that time doesn't go smooth either, then I will just go find someone else that can treat me properly each time I go in!
