Scheduling/Timing issues

Booked appointment online and received confirmation email - showed up and no record of appointment. Was expecting with 9:15 appointment for oil and standard inspection would have vehicle back by noon or shortly thereafter at worst. Was not ready until about 3:15, had to reschedule some things for the afternoon - mostly annoying because overheard people showing up without appointment being given two hour estimates for basically the same services. As first time customer checking in was awkward, pull vehicle in and stand there looking around at staff without customers waiting for someone to acknowledge you. Once I was greeted staff were friendly and helpful, set expectations of about 2 hours for car to get in due to appointment being lost, reality was 5 hours. All phone calls with staff were friendly, pickup staff were friendly and helpful. Overall staff seemed great once the initial awkward checking in was through, but the service experience of booking appointment and then waiting all day for simple oil change and quick one over inspection was pretty bad ... mr lube could have done the same in less than an hour with no appointment. Despite this... I have scheduled to have work completed Friday and will give you guys another go, fingers crossed two hours doesn’t turn into 6.5 again, can’t afford the lost time.

Had a appointment at 7:30am and was called at 2:30pm that they had not started yet and would not finish my vehicle.

I had called and left a message with the service manger today about my vehicle not even been started today but has never even called me back. I was told at 2:30pm that they had never even stated on my vehicle cause they were too busy. She wanted to keep my vehicle over night. When I called back at 3:30pm it was finished. Not sure on the qualities of repairs? This is the second time I have had my vehicle in for service/repairs and both times the service representatives were not very easy to deal with.

Power steering and oil change. Great personal service. Found nothing wrong with power steering sure hope that’s right as I am going to be doing some traveling.

Had an amazing experience with Taylor. Got myself into a previously owned 2012 F-150. He handled the process professionally, was extremely friendly, and listed to what I wanted in the vehicle. Taylor followed up a week after purchase to make sure im still as in love with the truck as I was when i got it!

So far they have been excellent to deal with. Willing to go that extra mile to make me happy with my purchases. Just hope they don't turn into the Ford and Chevrolet dealers that are in the southeast of Calgary with terrible costumer service.
