I went in last Friday looking for a new hellcat. I asked a few times for a price on one they had in the showroom. After waiting 15-20 minutes in the showroom making small talk with a new salesman, the manager came out and asked if I could wait while he looked for other ones online. I said “ can I just get a price on this please” and he said he would be a few minutes. Came back out and asked me to go talk to the owner of the dealership. That makes no sense just give me the damn price. ( I never said that then, but it’s what I was thinking ) So he took my number and said he would call. Waited till Tuesday and got no call. So went down to big 4 and bought one that minute. Much better service at big 4.

Don’t be deceived by the kindness of their sales team this dealer for sure has a few crooks working there! We were lied to numerous times by two managers, luckily we started recording all conversations and have one of their sales managers saying about a signed document “we didn’t alter the document we just added to it” Totally ILLEGAL! Make sure you receive copies of EVERYTHING you sign-EVERYTHING!!And just in case something bad happens to others AMVIC has been amazing in helping us!

I called to speak to the service manager as very unhappy with service . Matthew calling back promptly. Had my vehicle towed on a weekend. No loaner. Was a repeat issue

Our service appointment was on time and we were in and out quickly. I appreciated not having to remove the car seats from my vehicle.
