My Jeep required some scoping on why the tires are not wearing uniformly. He went out of his way to find out what managers could do as well as listen to my concerns. Overall I love everyone there as they’re super nice and go the extra mile. Thank you for everything, highly appreciated!

We had been to South Trail Chrysler several times looking at everything from minivans to trucks to jeeps. Each time the sales staff made us feel relaxed and comfortable. There was no pressure whatsoever which we really appreciated. We worked with Brandon on this last visit and couldn’t be happier. Thanks for everything. We love our new Jeep!

Top Notch service!

Mackenzie was amazing, took such great care of me and my vehicle. Service guys did great work in short amount of time, despite finding punctures in 2/4 tires. Girls at payment desk were the LEAST friendly. No plugs available in waiting room, had to go into an area in the middle of the dealership to be able to work on laptop. Older Gentleman with accent who drove shuttle was the sweetest! Very satisfied with changing and storing my tires here on seasonal basis.

Thank you so much for your amazing customer service in the service department. I literally drove my Jeep in and was greeted by name , my damaged tire was fixed and replaced while I had a coffee .
