A Wonderful Experience

From start to finish, we received the best service of any dealership we've ever dealt with. William in the finance department was very helpful. He explained everything in detail, provided options and helped us choose the best plan for us. Our sales associate, Dave Fenn, saw my husband on the lot looking at vehicles. He was the only person to come outside, in the rain, to see if he could help. We already had a model in mind. He didn't try to persuade us to buy something different, he was knowledgeable, and thorough. We had all around good service in the sales department. Even a month after our purchase, Dave followed up to see if we had any questions or concerns. I love my new car and couldn't be happier with the overall sales experience with Disbrowe.

As soon as stepping foot into the disbrowe showroom i was greeted with friendly smiles. Angela assisted us in our new car experience. Angela is amazing and went above and beyond to find what we were looking for and to thoroughly explain all features. I would not purchase elsewhere and will personally seek out the assistance of Angela anytime I purchase or when someone asks for a recommendation. This was such a wonderful feeling and I would like to say thank you so much for everything! We are very happy!

Purchased a 2019 Traverse. Due to the GM misprints on their brochures, made for alot of frustration from us the customers to the sales team at Disbrowe. Thankfully, the dealer made it right and we were able to purchase our vehicle.

Car wash not available for trucks

I came in for a car wash and to top up the air in my tires. The air was top up minutes after I got there but when I asked for my truck to be washed , which I was told when I purchased my truck was always available whenever I came in, the lady said that trucks took too long and held up the line. So I left after the tires had been filled...

Margaretha, we're sorry for the confusion, due to trucks being possibly damaged it depends on the size what will fit in there vs what will not, now that being said we are in the process of fixing this issue and have a quote to extend the car wash arm. Again sorry we will be sure to educate the sales staff to not misrepresent info to their customers on this matter going forward.
