The sales person was great very knowledgeable and explained everything. To us. Did not pressure us and no high power sales tactics. The loan manager was not as professional. I sent an email to him and had no communication back from him for over a day and a half. It was his day off but I did not know this as there was no out of office from his email. Even though it was his day off.it would have taken him only a second to say that it was his day off..

Angela always goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is walking away completely satisfied! We get questions answered and any concerns are followed up immediately. We had another great experience years ago with one other sales rep who is no longer there. We had terrible experience in between, until we met Angela! Now we are back and have made her our Family Sales Rep!
