I can’t speak of the sales team but, the service team at this dealership needs to be addressed by management. I drive a new vehicle and only require routine oil changes. I’m not shy to say that I purchased my vehicle from HMP in Exeter and received outstanding customer service in all aspects. Out of convenience, I opted to have my vehicle servicing done in St. Thomas and one would assume Disbrowes would make an effort to earn my FUTURE business with friendly helpful staff and convenience; this was not the case. I had been warned of their poor customer service ethic by several people in town however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Much to my disappointment those reviews were accurate. I will not be returning. This dealership will never get my business due to their service department.

Thanks to Gerry Oleksiuk was my sales rep, he was so helpful from beginning to end. He took the time to explain everything about my new Equinox, all the many features, what to expect in terms of performance, etc. Gerry even took me through to the service department introduced me and showed me where I would bring my vehicle in for an servicing needs that I required. I know we kept him from an appointment and his coffee went cold so I owe him a Tim Horton's coffee. Gary Bodkin (Financial Services Manager) was so personable and helpful with the purchase of my vehicle. Many Thanks!

Let Gary know what we were looking for ,showed us a car very close in description which was fully loaded ,we test drove.They gave us a fair dollar for our old one and we walked away with happy wife ( her new car )

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Gary Robb at Disbrowe. . He takes you through all the steps , explains every detail, and is more than willing to help you with any problems in the future. He follows up with a phone call to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase.

At this point (very early in our ownership), Barb and I are very haoppy with our new/used vehicle (2015 Acadia). We are still learning things about it and will probably continue to do so for some time.

Our experiences with Disbrowe, in the past and now, have been quite rewarding and pleasant. Gary Robb and the other service personnel have been very accommodating. Once we receive our OnStar service and the go ahead to have our vehicle undercoated, I think we will be even happier. Thank you.
