When my Mazda needed repair I had my work done at disbrowe ! They did such a great job that when it was time to get a new vehicle, me and my husband went and purchased the 2018 terrain Denali edition , worse decision we ever made! While the sales team was great, let's just say the experience not so much! Within 18 hours of owning my passenger front tire went flat on the rim , they picked it up and said it would be ready and fixed by 9 am the next day so I could get to work on time, after showing up at 9am I was sassed by the lady working in the service department directed to a gentleman who proceeded to tell me well looks like your gonna be late for work it's not close to ready, by 10:30 I was finally on my way to work, 2 days later it was scheduled to have the driver's side seat belt fixed as it was improperly installed at the factory. When I arrived the not so pleasent service department lady ( who I was told by Jamie was fantastic) told me nope sorry no appointment , I replied Jamie said to drop it at 9am and I asked if he was there she took me to the show room said nope he's not here and I said well what do I do? And was told don't know what to tell ya and she walked away and left me standing in the showroom , I was complete mortified ! Needless to say this was all within not even a month of owning the SUV, they placated me with you will never have to come to the dealership for work we will give you a free concierge service for the time you own the SUV, ok fine I'll settle with that as long as I don't have to deal with the rude staff...... Now it's time for my first oil change , my car was to be picked up at 830 ...... 9am ....nothing , when they did finally pick my car up after a not needed headache of phone call which my husband was given the sad storey of I'm so sorry I'm the new manager pretty much the whole bullshit baffles brains routine which left my husband feeling bad for the dealerships "new" service manager , not me though I lodged a complaint with GMC Canada . 1 week after my oil change I can hear this squeaking in my terrain. My husband opened the bottom of my truck to find my spare tire laying on top of the cover , they never put the tire back in its compartment where it locks in after they got out the lug nut for my tire. Now my cover is warped to shit! Never mind the fact I had a spare tire unsecured in my hatch!!!!!! Never ever ever will be buy from there again ! So disheartening and people are just plan rude ! Worst experience

Staff was very polite and courteous. Our saleswomen went over the top to find me a vehicle I was looking for.

Had my Chevy trax in to fix the storage drawer under the passenger seat. Was fixed in a short time. Everyone was so friendly and treated us with respect. Always have a good visit with Ross while we are there.

Phil came with me to test drive a new 2018 Silverado and explained all of the features and everything I needed to know about the vehicle. I decided to purchase it and he took me through the process and made it simple and easy. I’ve been driving my new truck for about a month now and I could not be more happy with it and the service that I received from Phil and the rest of the staff as disbrowes!
