Just wanted to express a sincere thanks to Faiyad and the staff of Nurse Collision Center! They did an exceptional job on the fender paint job of my Silverado. As an added bonus they completely detailed the interior of truck. Much needed after a snowy, and messy winter! My husband and I went looking to purchase a trailblazer. We walked around in the rain and couldn’t find one. We went inside and wondered around for 10 mins before a sales rep came out. He went and got us a trailblazer to test drive. But then had to go back out because it didn’t have enough gas in it to take it far. When we came back he gave us some numbers and the initial price was $3000 above what the sticker price on the vehicle was. We asked for the price of another colour and he gave me what the bi weekly amount would be. I ask to have a print out and he said he wasn’t “allowed” to. That he would email it to me. The dealership closed at 5 and I still have received nothing. The customer service at this dealership was awful( 1/10). I will take my business elsewhere. Buyer beware when dealing with these people!!

Good dealer and good though not cheap service. Customer since 2018 and been a loyal customer since. Great pick up and delivery service if you can't drop off and pick up yourself. Thorough inspections and servicing and I think it is worth the extra dollars to be with them.

I get buyer beware and should have got a “quote “ to replace a misplaced key fob but trying to charge over $500 is fraud. What does it cost the dealer for a new fob??? Funny how I declined to pay and declined the new fob that they can suddenly cut the cost in half…I’m sure you still did pretty good charging $282.71 for a replacement key fob.

I was in Whitby and needed an oil change done. The quick lane for oil changes is a massive bonus. I’ve never used this before. The dealership in Port Hope does not offer this and it can take days to get in for an oil change. I was surprised to get the complimentary car wash and they even cleaned off my mats which were filthy from this winter. Another added surprise. Attendant working was nice however I guess they were short staffed the day I went and he was being ran thin. It sounds like there is new ownership. Hopefully they can keep the quick lane staffed well and the hard work of their employees doesn’t go unnoticed. Being patient and kind to the attendant seemed to go a long way.

The worst Customer Service ever I reached I just called asking for some parts for my truck he give me a very bad attitude, he want to charge me more almost $100 each part than the price that it’s an online posted.
