I just would like to express my appreciation to T. Lawless and S. Stoodley regarding the replacement of a tire on our RAV4. The staff went above and beyond to help in obtaining a new tire for our vehicle that was not under a tire warranty. Great effort and a wonderful organization. Thank you Dave Humenny

We inquired at this dealership for 2024 tacoma.The salesperson(Shane Stoodley) replied right away. But as soon as we mentioned that we also have inquired to other dealership since we know there's a going to be a high demand for this vehicle, the sales person became outright RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL . It's an unpleasant experience with this salesperson. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE SPECIFICALLY with this SALESPERSON.

Too many times we only share negative customer service. I would like to share an extremely positive experience with Andy and the service department. I have heard that Toyota Service Departments are excellent but I experienced this first hand even though my vehicle wasn't even a Toyota. I don't give out five stars easily but this is well deserved.

I can’t speak for the sales department since I have not purchased a vehicle here. What I can speak to is the service department. In my experience, the few times I’ve taken my vehicle there, the service was less than stellar, the technician was combative and the reception Less than friendly. I would investigate other places to service your car.
