Randy was wonderful to deal with in Service Department! Excellent Customer Service from beginning to end of my service visit!

I want to say a special thank you to Randy in the Service Department for the time he took to educate me on important maintenance for brakes on my standard Honda . He was very helpful and patient with my questions, etc. Everyone I dealt with during my visit, though, was positive and provided exceptional customer service!

Usually, I have a good experience. They are always fast and professional. Recently, however, they told me I needed to replace my break pads and quoted me ~$700 for the work. I checked the pads and only the back pads needed replacing and cost less than $100 for me to do myself.

Hi Adam, Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding your service experience. Our records indicate you were last at the dealership in December (4 months ago). During your visit our technicians did suggest that your brake pads are nearing the end of life and recommended to replace them. Although you might have considered the rotors to be OK, it is best practice to replace rotors along with the pads. This will prolong the life of your new pads by having a clean friction surface to bite when you apply the brakes. As a result the quoted cost might have been higher then you expected. We would love to invite you back to West City Honda and hope that your most recent experience with us can be rectified.
