Ted Stratas was awesome to work with, really nice and helpful with keeping us up to date with delivery times and working through the options we were looking for in our new CRV. Stephanie was great to work with and on pickup, Joel was great showing us all of the controls on our new vehicle. Highly recommend West City Honda

I just purchased a 2023 Honda CRV Sport. Paul Laframboise was the fine gentleman who made me feel totally comfortable right from the get go . No pressure .No BS . Walked me through everything about the purchase . SOLD !! Then, Stephenie in Finance is a gem. Professionally and clearly took me through the process. When my wife and I came a few days later to pick up our CRV Joel spent a lot of time calmly explaining all the technical abilities the vehicle has. He made it so it was not overwhelming.He would have spent as much time as we needed. All the involved people mentioned above each said do not hesitate to phone or drop in if I have any questions . And they meant it . A truly pleasant experience .

Be prepared to wait hours for a simple thing like tire changeover. Painful wait, cramped “waiting room”

Just received our 2023 Honda civic from West City Honda Belleville Ontario. From start to finish it was a great experience dealing with everyone at the dealership.
