My wife and stopped in last week for a peace of mind service on our Dodge Journey R/T; as usual Mike Summerfield was all cheerful and happy to see us. It nice when you attend a place of business and people not only remember your name but your spouses as well... We feel like we are part of something great. Everything is explained in simple language and all are very accommodating. We will continue to be loyal to Oxford Dodge and to that end Kent talked with us and made us feel right at home.. He has assured us he will find a vehicle that meets out present needs.. How comforting is all that... Thanks Oxford Dodge.

Had to have more work done on the back brakes of my van. That was $700. Had work done on my back brakes in September 2016. Another $700. They did not replace some part in 9 16 that saved me $250. However, it now costed me $700 to fix the same part. Does that sound reasonable to you? I am at a point that I am tired of paying $500 every time I come into oxford Dodge. Other than a piece of mind inspection or that I need a specific service from Oxford Dodge, I am going to look at another garage to service my cars. Been a loyal customer since the 1990's. Went and talk to a car salesman to see if I should get a new 2017 van. What an experience that was. George R. Canning

Had my car serviced. Left the dealership and on the way home my low pressure tire light came on. Got home and checked the tire to find a nail stuck in the tire (this is the second time this has happened now). Brought it back to the dealership the next day (inconvenient). Car was booked in for 1pm. Still at 2pm, the car hadn't been worked on. I was advised by another customer that Darryl was snarky with customers and told people he was running around and too busy to do anything. Another employee that worked there ended up apologizing to customers.

Hiccup with booking date but the turnaround time at the appointment was quick and I was on my way without delay

Felt that the job was not done properly as there is still paint spots on the side of my vehicle and when I had the service done to my van the price was too high but I was stuck and needed it done so I paid it but I'm not happy about it

however I was charged a lot of labor for installing calipers even though I paid for rotors and pads I believe that to be double billing Jim milliken

after purchasing an $82,000 truck i'd be happy to provide my feedback, just as soon as you can take the time to get my name right. My phone number wasn't right with the account either when I called to schedule my 1st appointment. Starting to feel like I was more of a commission check for a sales guy then an actual appreciated customer.

Deborah Beauchamp is great! I was in three times over the last two years, trying to find something that fit and caught my eye. Finally, one day last March, I went in to see her again and she just looked at me and said "I know what you'll like" and proceeded to show me a black Fiat 500X Pop. After a test drive I fell in Love! This is the exact car I needed and wanted! 1.4l Turbocharged 6-speed manual gearbox. Fun to drive, lots of power, tones of room, comfortable and quiet but you can still hear the engine growl. Thanks Oxford Dodge and Deb Beauchamp for turning my dreams into reality!
