Brakes squeak quite loudly... Neither key fob works Appears to have been in an accident and possibly not reported, as front bumper is broken Back tail light is broken as well... Haven't even had vehicle for 2 weeks

We are disappointed in our customer experience for the second time now after choosing to have some major car maintenance done at Oxford Dodge (even though we were quoted less elsewhere). We encountered lack of communication and failure to follow instructions by our service advisor, and were charged for work we did not agree upon and which was not necessary until our vehicle was already being worked on by technicians. Very disappointing. Our vehicle needs more maintenance before we resell it this fall, and we hesitate to give more business to your company because of these poor experiences.

It was fine. As mentioned above, I'm still waiting for the recall parts for the wiper problem to be fixed.

Our Van is our only means to transport our three young kids. We made an appointment to get our door fixed on a day that it wouldn't be needed for daycare drop offs. The appointment was for 7:30 am. At about 4:00 that afternoon we get a phone call that they just got to it and they will need to keep it over night as a part is on its way. I said that isn't possible as we need it in the morning to get children to daycare before work. Mike then seemed to get angry and told me to hold. Then came back and said we can take our van but need to bring it back in by 7:30 the next morning. I said it isn't possible since the daycare doesn't open until 8. Again he seemed angry. My husband had questions about if it was covered under warranty when he picked it up, but was told to talk to Mike as he is in at 7:30 the next morning. My husband called at 7:45 in the morning and was told that Mike didn't come in until later. It ended up we couldn't bring it back in until the following Tuesday because of unforeseen circumstances, and again when my husband talked to Mike about this he was ticked off. We don`t understand why if we made a 7:30am appointment it wasn't even looked at until 8 hrs later, why weren't we informed there was many vehicles ahead of ours and they may not get to it?We called a week ahead to make this appointment then get attitude because we cant accommodate the dealerships schedule. Not happy with this service and will be taking our vehicle elsewhere from now on.

Used quick lube. Fast and friendly service and appreciated car wash. Only downside was that engine light came after taking the car home within 10km. Was told it was probably loose gas cap and to drive for a day to see if it goes off. Didn't get gas that day. OIl change was day before yesterday.

The service at the express oil change bay was fantastic. I didn t have to wait in line and was out in 20 minutes. Plus they ran the car through the car wash nice bonus.
