Used Ram 1500 Purchase

I recently purchased a used Ram 1500 from Oxford Dodge. Yasser Yassine was my salesperson. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recommend that anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle from Oxford Dodge should ask to work with him. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, was very trustworthy, and he was not pushy in the least. Air bag senor on a Dodge caravan kept coming on so broght it in to have it fixed and 2 weeks later stared acting up again. Broght it back in and was told it was just resetting itself, well now the air bag icon is lit up again. I can't say anything about their sales dept but the service dept is clueless.

My 2008 Dodge Sebring lost a wheel when the right front wheel studs snapped off. This had happened about 2 months previous on the left front wheel, so I was very concerned about why this was happening. The Service Manager and I could not pinpoint a cause, so the dealership repaired the damage at no cost to me. The only concern was with the cost of replacing the rear studs and nuts, as suggested by the Service Manager, to prevent the same problem there. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction, and I commend all the Service staff for their courteousy and expertise. We were fortunate and I only hope they can find the problem before a bad accident results in serious personal injury.

finding a truck

could not find pricing on the trucks or cars, your signs say mark down and there nothing there markdown. im looking for a new truck 25000, to 35000 and if i find i will be buying a new car as well. I bought my mini van from you and you lie and treated me like crap. i love driving my dodge but i think its time to find someone else. + note service guys are great. friendly and really helpfully.

Disappointed

August 01, 2017

I am very disappointed in the service we received. I left it for oil and lube and asked to have the radio checked and the tailgate which is blistered looked at. They looked at the items listed but did it do the oil change. Then the next day I get an email reminder my oil change is due! Also used a loaner car, which we were not told there was fee involved , not that I mind the small fee but be upfront about it! Now we are still waiting to hear back about the tailgate. I am disappointed as when we bought the truck I was delighted with the service we received so I assumed it would continue.

not the best oil change i have ever had

forgot to tighten the oil filter after an oil change. the van was running on no oil. The van hasn't seemed right since. I am not sure how much damage if any is on the engine. Think i will make a service apt after another week of driving. I am hoping for the best but expecting the worst. I have always had great experience at the dealer in the past.
