I went in for a replacement part that was not needed...even though two separate departments looked at it when I was in for an oil change and said something was leaking. How does that happen? The only thing that made it not a waste of my time was that Mike noticed my tires had not been rotated so they did that while it was up, but that took two hours. The reason I came to this dealership as appposed to the one out east where I bought my last car was issues with their service dept and customer service , you guys are turning out to be the same. The only reason I didn't leave on a sour note was the great service from Mike

hi Wendy I am happy that Mike was able to help you out. The Express Lane performs the inspection and felt that it needed to be inspected by the main shop. The technician determined that the seal was not actually leaking. while I am happy that there is no defect with your vehicle we are sorry for your time lost.

I received a call from Oxford Dodge to bring my Charger in for a recall. The Service Advisor brought my Car in immediately & told me I would be out in 1 1/2 hours. I was taken care of in a very professional & courteous manner. The Charger was out within the time I was told. They offered to wash my Car for me. I am very pleased with the service I received. This is the second Charger I've bought from Craig. When it's time for a new Car or Truck I'll be back... Thank You... Gary W. Nichol

Customer service experience was beyond my expectations. I welcomed with smiles and the gentleman I spoke with was very kind and gave me all the info I needed. I will definitely go back and recommend Oxford Dodge to all my friends!

My fiancee and I had a wonderful experience at the Oxford Dodge Chrysler dealership. We had come in looking to test drive a car since our old one had died on us the weekend prior. We had many appointments that day at different dealerships, but we thought that Craig's knowledge and willingness to help was so outstanding, that we made an easy decision to purchase our car with him. In addition to Craig, all the other staff members were extremely kind and helpful to us.

Ok . Took my Jeep into the dealership a warranty issue . It took over 3 weeks ! yah they gave me a Jeep Compass to drive ( i drive a Jeep Trailhawk ) When finally i got my Jeep back , It was on empty needing gas indicator on , plus over 200 km on my car as i did not drive it. When i said something about my Full tank of Gas now on Empty . I was given a $50 gas card . I am a previous Jeep owner , But will reconsider now that's for sure . They could of done something extra for the time it too to make this repair . Not happy at all

Mark We are sorry for the length of time that it took to repair the vehicle. This was a very complicated diagnosis process that included many tests and road tests to confirm and complete the repair. I can understand the frustration with the time that it took in the shop as this was far longer than a typical repair. From time to time we do run into very difficult electrical issues that can be very complicated to track down and it is always our goal to limit the time you are without your vehicle. I do apologize for the low fuel light being on and I agree I would have liked this to have been resolved prior to you picking up the vehicle.

Oil an filter change. Air filter was dirty and replaced. Other vehicle inspection checks completed and recorded including tire pressure, fluids, wear points.

pleasant staff described my problem and was understood also had a recall notice I was reminded of and work was completed same day did not have to make another appt very friendly staff when I went to pay
