I recentley had to replace sway bar links and ball joints in the front end of my truck because they have not been being greased during my visits. When I asked your team about it they said they don't normally do it on newer vehicles because there are no fittings. Mine does have fittings and taking a couple minutes to inspect they should have seen that. I am hoping now that the problem has been brought to their attention they will continue to grease in future. I am bringing this up so it doesn't happen to someone else in future. That was alot of money spent that coild have easily been avoided.

My tire sensor light was on and they couldn't figure out how to fix it. I will be back to give them another try

When I first inquired todd say pretty sure car came with aet of snow tires. After 3weeks finaly got anawer saying it never. 2. Minor repairs were to be done and a loaner car was to used. It was not a loaner it was a rental. 3. Asked for car proof or car history none has been received as of yet. 1 of minor repair was passenger window as when it winds down it scratc the window. It still sratches window aftwr supposedly was fuxed. So very unhappy

I expected the work to be completed because I had made specific appointments stating specific work that was required. Neither of the items were done, and a second appointment was required.

Kelley I feel that we could have done a better job clarifying the process involved to resolve the seat concern as it can take longer that desired. I know that there was a mix up regarding a dent that needed to be repaired as well. I understand both issues are resolved now but do not hesitate to contact Geoff directly if there are any further concerns.

went to .fast lane. quick service. very polite. When they were all finished they went and washed my vehicle even when it was clean.

Scheduling of appointments is very easy and at the point of drop off the staff are well organized. If there are many vehicles arriving at the same time (as is the case in the early morning) the staff are quick to make eye contact, acknowledge your presence and clearly outline what tasks they have before they can process your information. Shuttle Service is always timely which limits inconvenience of not having your own vehicle.

Annual service. Was good. Had to wait for a shuttle for almost 45 minutes in the morning to take me to work. Was prompt on my way back in the afternoon. My van hadn't been washed still by the time I got there, so had to wait for that to be done. All in all was still a good service.
