Took longer than anticipated. Mechanics stpped for lunch. Appt was scheduled for 11 a.m. Picked up Fiat around 2:30 p.m.

I had an odd noise in the brake system and I was looks after that same day, without an appointment. Although I had to wait until the next day for repairs I was able to rent a loner and attend to my affairs.

I have not had any good experiences with any time I have had to bring my new car in. I cannot go without a car and the issues I have had the have come up only after having the car a couple weeks have not been fixed and more issues have come up. This car is not safe and if I wanted to have a car that needed work and was not as safe as it was the day it was built, I would have kept my other car. My car has allot of issues it needs fixed and needs someone who can figure out how to fix them in a timely manor. I have not been back in since the last time as I have been out of town every weekend since and the weekend is the only time I have available. I sent an email and no one has responded and I have left a message for the sales manager (Kent, I believe) but no one has called me back. I will never purchase from Oxford Dodge again and I am so frustrated that I am ready to give the car back.

I understand that your advisor has left messages since your last visit and attempted to reschedule you to have this issue investigated. While we understand that you are a busy person and require your vehicles for daily use, we have attempted to correct this issue on two occasions without being able to duplicate the concern that you are having. As this appears to be an intermittent and difficult issue, it will require more attention and time by our technician to track down and diagnose. I will contact you directly to discuss the concern.
