The gentlemen in the shop were excellent. My issue is around my windshield fluid not being topped up. It always was in the past

I know things happen but it just happens to me and my truck more than I like. This is the third time I've had my truck to the dealer for work and I end up returning because something wasn't done correctly. First two times were at another dealer. This time was fairly minor. I had my truck in for an oil change at the express lane and the next day I have oil staining my driveway and splatter all along the under side of the truck so I returned 2 nights later and the guys had a look and found it was leaking from the filter and fixed me up and were very apologetic. Like I said it was minor but just wasted a couple hours of my time taking it back in. When you charge $250 for an oil change it should be done right the first time.

It started out with trading in my 2014 Dodge Sport for a 2017 Dodge sport , I explained to the salesman that I do not want to trade down I want the same options as I had , at this time he did tell me the new one did not have air seats, which I was ok with , however once receiving my truck I've noticed there's no power passenger seat as well as no trailer brake system , after I specifically told him I needed the tow package ... after all this I was told there were going to be a set of weather tech floor mats , which I've yet to see , and my truck has been in your service bay 3 times for body issues , which has been a huge disappointment as this is my primary vehicle , which now means I need to borrow a car as your service dept shuttle does not start till 7:15 which does me know good as I wrk at 7:30 ... this has been a huge disappointment as my last truck I had it for 3 yrs with only one issue , this truck seems to be in service more than I have it , I really hope this is the last time I will be bringing it back into your service dept . Tuesday June 20 7 am once again a royal pain ... unhappy customer to say the least .....

I still hear a noise in the front wheel even if i requested an inspection before the technician checked the crossmember.

Mounir The technician did not inspect the vehicle for a noise; he completed the sub frame inspection. We would be happy to set up a time to have the noise inspected and have someone road test the vehicle with you to resolve the issue.

I had an oil change on my car. There were no issues. It was done quickly as there was no one ahead of me at the time I came in!

From my first phone call until I picked up my vehicle it felt like I was in good hands. What most impressed me was my contact with service manager and staff. Their follow up, including phone and email allowed a clear plan to address my needs. I felt that this is a very well run dealership and there was excellent communication within this organization. My wife and I loved the fact we could test drive the Jeep we bought on our own. Staff at Oxford are very friendly. We will be recommending Oxford Dodge to all our friends and family. Thx so much.
