Met the standards of what I expect

I brought my truck in to have a Factory recall fixed. I had a couple other issues I wanted to be looked at as I had purchased an extended warranty...but due to a $114 diagnostic charge for each issue....I just had the recall done.

Hi Matthew We apologise for the misunderstanding. We do ask the Service Advisors to inform the customer regarding the diagnostic charge in case the issue is covered by the warranty. We feel that it is important to be upfront with the customer however if the issue is deemed to be covered by the warranty there would be no charges to you.

Went in for my first Oil Change they did an Excellent Job , gave it a bath too . Also scored a $150.00 referral network card for sending a friend to get the same good experience I received . They too are enjoying there new Vehicle ! I am Happy with Todd Baynham for selling me my Jeep !

OIl Change sticker not given or digital screen not reset.

While in London I stop and had my oil changed. The following day I realized that the digital screen was indicating that I still needed an oil change. I then checked the window sticker and noticed that it was still the old one. When I called in and asked, I was told to come back in. It takes me 45 minutes one way to get to OXford Dodge. 1.5 hours of time, kms and fuel at my cost seems unfair.

Thought that the DEF was very over priced ( we paid for two jugs but are sure we didn't use the entire amount. We should get that leftover jug put in our truck). and we didn't think anyone should be charged for windshield washer fluid!! The staff were terrific.... We Enjoyed getting a text to tell us the vehicle was done, and appreciated the free car wash.

Oil and filter change done efficiently while I waited and car was washed which is not done at Oakridge Ford next door where they have no car wash.
