I was disappointed with the expected time of work completion. I was told that based on the work, the completion time was by noon. Based on that, I decided to wait for the vehicle rather than take the shuttle home. The work was not completed until after 1:00 PM. Further, although I inquired from noon onward, no explanation was provided for the delay. I also find that the invoice is rather short in detail. Although a brake service was completed, there is no indication to the condition of the pads or anything. The invoice also does not indicate whether the tires were rotated or any other information on the tire wear. A wheel alignment check was made as part of the Maintenance but there is no indication of it on the invoice. When I inquired at checkout, the best I got was that if there is no indication, then all is well. I would have expected better feedback on the invoice and also by an associate of the work completed and what observations were made.

John was great. They were suppose to detail the car and just wipe it, no vacuuming or shampooing . Looks terrible .

My recent experience was bad as I changed oil for my wife car, and couple of days later check engine light came on. When checked the car I found out that oil cap wasn't there and oil covering engine. When i came to complain I was told that check engine light wasn't that. They top up oil and cleaned up the miss. But I still believe that chech engine light from that issue. Another bad experience when I bought my 2012 dodge van, I was sold on something ang got something else.

The oil loss was minimal and did not set off the check engine light; we performed the diagnostic and confirmed the fault is in a different system. I had my oil changed but the guys didn't put the air filter case back on properly so I took it into Darryl in service and he looked after it right away! I find the oil change is way too long!

I came back a day later because the service light for park assist was on. They tried to fix it but discovered that it has to have a new part installed. They all tried to help. They also found my license plate which had fallen off during the car wash and put it back on! Great work by all!! thanks!

I was told the repair (it was a recall situation or I wouldn't have been there at all as I was not happy with the last service at Oxford Dodge) would not take long, so I waited in the waiting area. After more than two hours, I went and asked how much longer it would be only to be told my vehicle was ready a half hour ago. Also my heat/air was working on settings 1,2 & 3 but not 4, now they don't seem to work at all.

Asked about tire life was told should have rotatated every 10 thousand k I thought had been done last visit but apparently not also asked before work started to check any mileage related items as per warranty book nothing shown on invoice

stopped in late on Saturday almost 5 o'clock, Service Advisor Mike took his time filling out my work order. I asked if I could make an appointment for Monday morning and he didn't hesitate even though my issue was a minor one, Tire pressure sensor or a hole in the tire. Come Monday, my Journey was repaired and I was out in record time.
