Had body work done...was completed quickly and looks great! Shuttle dropped me off and picked me up...service at the body shop was awesome!

My truck came in for two reasons - bodyshop repair covered under the sharkskin package. Then over to service to correct a number of issues that arose from the recall work I'd had done a few weeks prior. The work done is great, paint chip repair above the windshield looks great, the work needed in service was done. A fantastic detail job done on my truck, inside and out, wow!! The things that ruined the experience. I turned down paying for a rental because I could borrow my parents van. Shuttle to get my parents van took some time, but it was a busy weekday morning, not unexpected. I dropped my truck off on a Wed morning. Bodyshop was done with it Thurs around 3. They called to let me know, I said let service know I dont need it today. Friday I get a message around 3:30 letting me know my truck is ready. I called back to say I'd come get it Saturday morning. We set the shuttle time for 10. 10:05am and no phone call, I call the Service Department. It takes 10 mins to get someone to answer the phone. I find out I was erased from the board, a shuttle would be sent right away. 10:30am the shuttle still hasnt arrived. I call again for 10 mins before the phone is answered. I had to be in Thorndale for 11am, it is now 10:45am and the shuttle has just left. I was NOT happy. I suggested they deliver my truck to me. Grant came through and had my truck and paperwork brought to me. My truck arrived before the shuttle, which had left 10 minutes earlier. I was not impressed that I waited for over an hour after I was supposed to be picked up. Had to cancel an appointment and barley made it on time to another. I got my truck back and notice the windshield has 4 scratches in it, up at the top of the glass. I have called the body shop and they have said stop by and we will remove them for you. I was very disappointed, as the service I've had with you guys has always been great, and I have been dealing with Oxford Dodge for a long time. I need more work done still - commercial safety and bumper warranty work - and I'm seriously considering using another dealership.

Was told noise was gone and it wasn't no one knows what it is I bleave it's been sent back to oakridgeford to be looked at agin just really frustrated with this isue

Just spent over $2,100.00 on fixing broken lifters and cams. Car is just over three years mostly highway miles, 112,000 klilometers on it . Two year warranty on parts only,not sure if it will break down in another three years unless the original parts were defective and the new ones come from a different manufacturer. Had five minivans ,other than routine wear and tear this is more than all other ones combined.

I wanted to write this review as a special thanks to Lori Dale and the service team at Oxford Dodge for the excellent service I received . When I called Oxford Dodge about the door handle on my Fiat 500 breaking off I assumed that this would not be something covered by warranty . Lori said she would look into it and call me back . She called me back right away and to my surprise she said it was covered and that she had the part in stock . I was able to make an appointment the next day and the service i received was fast and friendly . They even gave my car a quick wash . Thank you again Oxford Dodge !

I had a mostly positive experience. The first salesperson I spoke to just didn't call me back. If I wasn't looking at a specific vehicle there, I wouldn't have come back. Yasser was helpful and has a very positive attitude and is always smiling. I love my vehicle apart from the dog hair that was still inside when we picked it up.
