Went to get my oil changed. Service was quick and very friendly. Blair was very nice and informative, telling us about the new location on Hyde Park.

Dropped my car off for recall repair, waited 25 minutes for shuttle and just when I was finally going to get ride to work I was advised that my necessary parts were not in even though the week before I was assured they were. I was late for work and still have to miss more time another day when parts actually come in.

The service dept is never accommodating , always too busy to help. We came for our free oil change as the last time we were told we still qualified. After the oil change we were then told we are out of free oils changes and then we're given the royal runaround to find someone to approve the free oil change this last time. We will not be coming back for any further service at the dealership. I'll spread the word too about the inefficient service throughout the dealership.

great job completed . so far no problems. we purchased this car from andrea who has moved up to another position. car has been great. looking forward to the new building opening in the fall to find a new salesman and a great deal on a new car. BEST DEAL EVER.
