They tell you what is wrong, how much it is going to cost and how long it will take. They keep to their word and get it done. They arranged a rental car for me and treated me with respect. I only wish they could of stopped the accident in the first place then they really would of been miracle workers.

Free check up that said I had a bad ball joint, crooked steering wheel, oil change message and washer sprayer were good. Ball jont was bad. Had an oil change not long ago but old sticker on windshield. Never saw an oil change warning . One spray nozzle was broke and spraying toward the front of the vehicle. Steering wheel has been crooked since having an alignment at your shop last June.

This sounds like a clerical issue that the box was green but the report card did indicate the concerns in the comment fields and our records indicate the vehicle is due for an oil change. i had a great experience with your employees all are great people to deal with. Very polite and knowledgeable. I have no complaints what so ever with your dealership. I was there for my yearly maintenance check up I was in and out in a very short time. ,Great service.

I was in and out very quickly. It seemed it was a group of students working on the cars so joking around with each other was evident not the usually professional display I'm used to but they were good with customers

I had an appointment for a recall on my car but after dropping it off I received a call at home telling me they didn't have the parts. I had to come back and pick up my car and am now waiting for a call for another appointment.
