With all the negatives there seems to be around, it is nice when you have a very positive one. Craig Herron, our salesperson from Oxford Dodge did exactly that. This was our 3rd vehicle from Oxford Dodge and we can say without a doubt that the experience was extremely positive. You are not treated as simply a customer but more like a member of a larger family. What a nice feeling... Thanks Craig and Oxford Dodge. Andy & Judy Anderson (Aylmer).

They were quick courteous and very friendly . Great to deal with , I had no issues at all . And they took care of calling the rental car agency to come get the car .

Hello I had my car in this past weekend and had a very poor experience. There were to young gentlemen changing my oil. While filling the car with oil one guy was holding the funnel and the other was pouring the oil in. Oil was spilt all over my engine which I witnessed. I asked them to be careful and Matt thought this was quiet funny and the other gentlemen said oil was spilt on his hand and not the engine. Moments later the proceeded to clean the engine of the spilt oil. I asked the gentleman behind the counter what the guys name was who spilt the oil then laughed and he said his name was Matt. His partner working with him was a long haired younger gentleman. I asked the Express Lane Manager Blair Paton (which I didn't know at the time was the manager) what Matts last name was and he just walked away saying nothing or asking if there was a concern he could help me with. All in all it was an extremely unprofessional experience which surprised me as I have purchased vehicles from Oxford Dodge before and was happy with the sales staff interaction. Regards David Weare

you had my car for 7 hrs for a 40 min repair I feel I should have been booked in at a certain hour and waited the 40 minutes not wasting my time shuttling me back and forth to work

When I checked in for my oil change I was specifically asked if I wanted my truck washed. I agreed since it had a lot of bugs on it. When I picked my truck up it had not been near a wash. If you don't plan on doing it don't ask me.

Bradley I am sorry for the confusion with car wash. As a courtesy we do ask the customer for permission before we wash their car. On the rare occasion there are accessories or racks that may be on a vehicle that prevent us from running the vehicle through the car wash. I am assuming there was a miscommunication with your vehicle and I have added a note to your file to wash the vehicle for you when you are back in the area.

Your sales team gave me the run around and did not value my business as I guess I did not spend enough money to care about. I asked to be supplied headphones that are a piece of equipment that should come with the vehicle regardless if the previous person handed them in or not. I expect that from some shady used car lot not dodge. Your profit would not have been effected but I was and will not buy another vehicle from you.
