Blair and his team did a great job ensuring my tire was fixed in a very quick time frame. Excellent service. Blair reviewed everything and said if I had any problem to come back.. I have piece of mind taking my car to oxford dodge.

Came in with soft tire. Service Mgr Blair Paton did an excellent job figuring out the source of the leak - a tiny piece of metal that was almost invisible!

It was just fine, the staff were friendly and efficient. We had a very short wait time, I got an oil change and was out of there in about 1/2 hour. All procedures were explained to me.

Had a long standing issue with "no start" with my van. The service staff particularly Michelle was excellent at pursuing varies lines of problem solving and accommodated me with a loaner car and continual updates on the progress of repairs. Well Done George R. Canning

I went to check out one used car toyota corolla on oct 9 /17 in afternoon and sales rep Allen was so rude as i asked price of car and told him if i like i will trade my car and buy this one. He brought key and while discussing i told him price of car is high and i want to check out which is my right but he grab key from hand and said no i dont want to give you key if you still thinking to buy car . i told him if i take test ride that does not mean i have to buy car . For a sake of test ride to see condition of car , i have to tell him i will buy if all ok and when i was leaving with car from parking lot, there is no proper brakes and car has steering issue. I bring car back right away and drop key back and left. His abusive behaviour to grab key from my hand which is so rude. I am not happy at all. I want give you one star.

This is my first poor experience after many visits to get my oil changed. The young staff were abrupt and short. They didn’t top up my windshield washer fluid or asked to wash my Jeep. I know this is minor but it is what sets your service above other dealerships.
