Went in for an oil change. Told 20-25min. Waited in lounge. Came back, they were just starting. There was a lady mechanic, who was under my car on the hoist, undrilled the panel underneath and just dropped it on the grilled floor...I was speechless and then she turned to me and asked if it was my car...OMG...so if this panel is ever cracked by the treatment your employees give to cars, who is responsible for replacement? Then I was initially told when i purchased the car, 10 free oil changes, but I was charged, when i asked why i was told one of your sales guys misrepresented the offer....its 10 free oil changes or 3 years....so i was misinformed...I was very disappointed and really this oil change should have been free, and then advised going forward I would be charged, not stick me with the bill...this oil change also took almost an hour...not sure if she was new but i passed on the car wash because it was already taking too long...Very disappointed... Tracy I am sorry to hear about the mishandling about the shield under the engine. I would be happy to get this inspected to make sure there are no cracks in the vehicle, please contact the Service Manager directly and we can inspect the shield. The 3 year no charge service does expire at 3 years and will cover the oil changes as required by the service reminder system up to a maximum of 10. I apologize for the misunderstanding; there should be information on this in your sales package.

Transmission still slipping as original problem still exists need to get van in again to see what is happening .

My vehicle was in for a recall, check tire and side trim on drivers seat. The service advisor Lori was polite and on top of things. I had text messages letting me know when my car was complete, etc. I had great shuttle drivers. Overall a worry free experience.

They have good service. Have very helpful with an ongoing problem with the tire pressure sensor coming on & staying on with a brand new vehicle i bought from them. The light came on 3 days after I purchased the new car there.
