I was in search of buying a pre owned car specially a Chrysler 300. I came across a great car at Bank Street KIA and inquired about details. I was given exceptional response by the staff there and I did a test drive and the car was in great shape and making the purchase decision was very easy. Mo Sabra, Ralph and Hussain showed extremely positive customer service and I picked up the car in great shape. Thank you Bank Street KIA team.

Finance Manager, Sunny and Sales Rep, Connor Allan were both fantastic to work with. I'm a single woman who was shopping on my own and I felt that I was treated respectfully, no pressure. Connor was like a good friend looking out for details I may not have thought of. If asked a question that they did not know the answer to, they went and asked. Excellent service, professional, friendly, likeable.

Connor Allan was the honest, thoughtful and personable sales rep I worked with to buy my 2023 Sportage. I told Connor I get overwhelmed easily due to some recent losses in my life and he understood immediately. He felt like a friend rather than a sales person. He helped me find the right model for my life but also gave me options I wasn’t aware of all in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was being pressured or taken advantage of. Connor followed up with personal texts to ensure I loved my vehicle after pick up. Most of all I appreciated his humour and as a result, I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else.
