Kingsley, all I can say is thank you, without you and your amazing team I wouldn’t have gotten my car. Bank street KIA gave me a timeline and it was followed to the T! I bought my first car from Bank street Kia, it a used car. Hussein was my sales representative. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and allowed us to check out the car fully without pressuring us. They ended up changing the breaks for me and when I went to pick up the car they noticed a crack in windshield, he notified the manager immediately and ordered me a new one to be put in as soon as possible. When I picked up the car, it was completely clean and they even changed the oil. All the employees were very professional and super nice to deal with. I would 100 percent recommend this place, especially if you’re buying your first car or a used car. Thanks Hussein and Thanks Bank street Kia you guys were amazing!!

Wow, the service at Bank Street Kia was amazing. My friend and I felt at home from the start with the dealer Younes (aka Mr. Jordan). He was so patient, professional and kind. The staff from the front desk administrator to the sales rep Sunny went above and beyond to help me transition to my RAV4 and do the trade with my old vehicle. Thanks again Bank Street Kia!!

Bought our car here and were very disappointed. The service was quite shoddy and unprofessional. We had to pay over $700 for them to prep our car and have it ready for when we picked it up. But the car was not ready as promised when we arrived at our appointed time. After waiting several hours we gave up and took the car even though it was not properly cleaned or fully charged. All we got were excuses, never a real apology or any attempt to make things better. My sister bought her car from Kia Aylmer and raves about the great experience she had. They even gave her a car care package! All we got were excuses...

My experience dealing with Bank St Kia has been a real pleasure. Sales rep Michael Kingsley was very kind and patient to work with. I had spoke with Michael 2 weeks prior to getting our vehicle and was told there was no inventory left at that time. Michael went out of his way to follow up with me to let me know a 2024 Kia Carnival LX+ in white had just arrived on the lot. Needless to say we jumped on it!..Finance MGR. Sunny was easy to deal with and had me setup with financing in no time. Great job Bank St. Kia, keep it up 👍 Adrian
