We bought a 2023 Carnival a month ago, our sales person M Kingsley was outstanding. So personable and easy going! He had the experience great. We had to take it in for a quick service and he personally drove us to Tim Hortons. 100/100 recommendation on him! As well as Moe and Ralph. Great guys!

This is the place to go! I just finished picking up my 4th vehicle from Bank Street Kia. The entire sales team are simply a pleasure to work with. What a fantastic dealership to work with. Test drove the vehicle on the Thursday and drove it home the following Tuesday. It would have been sooner if not for the holiday weekend. Mike took us on a test drive and explained every feature and option in the vehicle which was invaluable. The financing process was seemless. Highly recommend this group. So happy with our new vehicle.

Every time I had service done I received my vehicle back in even worse shape... multiple times. They overcharge like crazy, quoted me $550 to install $60 worth of cables, turns out it's a 20-40 minute job so yea this location will bleed you dry. They also deceive customers regarding the status of tires when they get taken off, apparently mine were fine going into storage but came out and guess what, they were toast! Not to mention when someone reached out to me to address this they said reply to the email which was undeliverable and the direct number was not a direct number so thanks for nothing I guess.

I had an exceptionally warm client service right from my Initial conversation with Ziad from the sales team, right through to the finance officer Sunny. It was a very seemless and fast process with these two gentlemen to acquire my 2023 Kia Sportage. Thumbs up to you guys.
