I had to contact Shannon as I could not find our middle seat belt in our new Jeep Patriot that we had purchased in February. Although we are now June, Shannon remembered who I was and he currently was off and not in until later in the day. He had no issues with helping me figure out the seat belt issue. He responded right away and with no hesitation did some research and was able to find the middle seat belt. Although he was not working he provided good customer service and maintained professionalism through out the call. Thank you Shannon 😀

Shannon and Perry were amazing! They were able to get us into a 2015 dodge journey which was exactly what we wanted! Straight to the point and honest about everything! Definitely will be coming here from now on!
