Biggest mistake buying a Dodge product! Windshield wipers won't go off car acting crazy. Read on the internet this is a common issue and no recalls. Dodge Caravan 2012. I bought extended warranty but as soon as over it started having issues. Read about the TIMP Module that makes the Dodges go haywire so pretty sure thats what it will be but 0 help from service department they just said no return on electrical. Less than 1 star for a crazy issue for a vehicle that is not that old. I would never trust to take it on trips. Whom know what else electrical doesn't work? Im calling other brand dealerships because I want to trade it off that seem more helpful and said they would look at it no cost. St Albert Dodge not too interested in my business just my money to fix it or even diagnose their own product.

Hello Eric, I understand the frustration you are having with your 2012 Caravan. I see your last visit to our service department was in the fall of 2015. Since then we are under new ownership/management and now try to help our customers in any way we can. You could be correct in assuming it is the TIPM that is causing the issue but would require diagnosis to confirm so that the correct part would be replaced to solve the issue. If there is anything you think I may be able to assist in please call 780-458-8660 and ask for Jim Depner, Service Manager.

Dari was a very good salesman to deal with. Never pressured us into anything and willing to help get us what we wanted. Easy going and all around good experience with the dealership especially after not so good experiences at other dealerships. Went in looking to purchase paint to match our other jeep and came out purchasing our purple jeep.
