One of the best dealership in town! We just bought a 2019 Cherokee last week. The whole process was very friendly, smooth, stress free, fast, no pressure, and fun. They didn't play any sales trick, nor anyone attempted to hide facts or numbers. Everyone from sales to finance is helpful. We had the opportunity to work with Connor McCreary. He is one of the nicest sales people I ever met. Connor is very honest. I totally recommend you to ask for Connor if you visit this dealership. He was super patient and truthful with us as we test drove the car multiple times. I visited a lot of other dealerships in Calgary and all salesmen are pushy, deceptive, and not truthful. Connor and Brandon at South trail Chrysler are different. We worked with Brandon and Brittany (finance) as well. The experience was great as they know their jobs very well and they are there to have a long lasting business.

Service was very quick. Staff was great! Only questionable thing was they quoted me $9300.00 for work to be done on my 2010 jeep with 100 000km. Can't get over that.

SOUTH TRAIL CHRYSLER ? NEVER !!! I purchased a Fiat 500 Abarth 2016 Model, done 1143Km from South Trail Chrysler on 18th May 2017 at a Sale Price of CA$ 34288, which included extended warranty for 5 years, vehicle protection package, etc., Then realised that it was spending more time in the garage than on the road due to two nagging problems. One, the Rocker Panels comes off every 6 to 8 weeks and they take minimum 1 Week to order the parts and 3 to 5 days to fix and the other problem was I had to tow my car 3 times to the garage within a span of 2 months because it would not start. Each time South Trail Chrysler would change the spark plugs or clean them and give it back to me and finally I was told that they could not cover the cost of this repair any longer, though I had extended warranty for 5 years! Why, because I could have prevented it by constantly keeping it plugged in anything below -5Deg. C and using 91 Fuel Grade. So, basically I had to baby-sit my car all the time, almost round the year living in Canada where most of the year it is below -5Deg. C. Now all of this is between Mid May 2017 and February 2018, just Nine(9) Months! So, I decided to trade this nightmare for a more practical vehicle which I would not be required to keep plugged in all year round, except for Summer. With the advise of the one who referred me to South Trail in the first place, I approached their Pre-owned car sales, expecting a higher re-sale value for the vehicle as I bought it from them and also maintained by them as the official dealer for Fiat. After being hassled for several days test driving several of their pre-owned cars, making deposits of CAD 5000 each time for them to initiate a proposal, then going to the Finance Dept., wait for several hours for bank finance approval, only to be told that the banks would not approve of the finance. Why ? Because they were giving me only about CAD 15,000 for my Fiat (which they sold me more than double just nine months ago) and overloading the finance value of the car I am now buying from them. Finally, I was so frustrated, took a total loss of more than CA$ 10,000 ( the max. resale value I got was CAD19200, as per the Finance Dept.) and I got a Toyota Corolla 2016 model, done 52,513Km, which by the way the Salesman calls it “Steaming Hot Deal”! Took delivery of the Toyota Corolla and was told that the “detailing of the car will be done later when the weather settles, as it would not make any sense since the roads are all wet and mucky”. I was also told that I would get the CAD 250 for the Referral and the check would be ready in five days. Called a couple of times for the referral cheque, did not get a proper answer, and finally after two and a half weeks, I was told that “there isn’t enough money in the deal to pay the CAD 250 Referral Cheque”. How convenient is that ??? The so called detailing was done and still the interior was not cleaned as it should have been, but I did not want to waste my time any more with them, took the car and drove back, never to return to SOUTH TRAIL CHRYSLER!!! Oh that’s not all, I just for curiosity sake checked their Pre-owned vehicles section, Lo and behold, the Fiat 500 Abarth 2016 is now selling for CAD 26,888 and “not enough money left in the deal to pay the CAD 250 Referral as promised! NICE WAY TO BUILD YOUR LOYALTY PROGRAM!!!
