Car detailing

This was my first time going to your dealership and when I pulled my car in I was unsure of where to go. I stood in front of an older woman’s desk for 5 minutes without even a nod. I finally asked another girl for help and even though she was in the middle of paperwork she pushed that aside and helped. She was amazing and the shuttle driver was also amazing. However... this is the first time I’ve ever had my car detailed. I thought I’d splurge and have it cleaned by a professional. I only got the silver package because my Jeep is only a year old and not that dirty. What a waste of money!!!! The floor mats still had mud on them, crumbs in the door, steering wheel definitely wasn’t wiped. It looked like someone was in a serious rush and did a HORRIBLE job! I’m very disappointed!

Why make an appt if you won't have the guys to fix it. Now I have to waste another day to bring my vehicle back to fix your mistakes in the first place. Unimpressed.

The hubby was looking to trade in our CUSTOM 2008 Ram Laramie Mega. We were looking for a straight across deal. Without even look at our truck they offered us a vehicle that was above the price we where expecting to get for our vehicle! As flattering as that was, something didn’t add up. Sure enough, I checked out their site and the vehicle they wanted to straight across trade us was $10,000 below what they offer us. I met my hubby at the dealer and we called them out. They did apologize for the, apparent mistake. We brushed it off and had a look at the vehicle they wanted to offer. It was completely abuse, and had cigarette buns in the seats!! It was a complete slap in the face that they expected us to trade our Laramie Mega Cab for this rundown base model. They even tried throwing cash at us if we took it. Such a scummy dealership. Take our advice go elsewhere!! Found an amazing deal at another local dodge dealer and didn’t feel like we where trading down.
