Hated? Not really. I received different information from this dealership than I received from Chrysler. St Albert Dodge wants $75 for an update that Chrysler says should be free. I won't be back.

My experience here with Marty was amazing we've been here twice to to purchase both times left happy and with what we wanted. Will be back in july for my 3rd purchase for my personal so looking forward to another great experience.

Best experience thus far at a dealership. Traveled for out of town, came across this dealership on a whim and glad I did. Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Matt and Will. Whom both have been in contact with me since day of purchase to answer and questions I may have and to see how my overall experience has been with my new purchase. Customer service was fantastic. The best customer service at any dealership or auto body shop I have been to. Vehicles were clean and staff is very knowledgeable. Willing and able to work with your schedule and also with your budget. Vehicles are affordable. The only downside is that they don't have as many vehicles on the lot as some of the larger dealerships. Limited as to what they have on hand to look at and test drive at the first visit.
