After seeing a used vehicle online, I spoke with Shannon who met me at the showroom doors. He was friendly and kind as we're all the staff I encountered during my purchase.. They were respectful and have a no pressure sales approach. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Daylan was an awesome sales associate to work with, and I met quite a few cars salesman in this process all your typical salesman. Daylan was far from, made us feel very comfortable and at ease with such a large purchase. We went to crosstown thinking we would get a better deal on a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica due to the listing they had on their website, ended up with an issue with at that dealership and came back to the honest and transparent dealership we should have stuck with in the first place. Every part of the purchase process was such a breeze with Daylan and the finance team. Thank-you very much for helping me purchase my first brand new vehicle, highly recommend St. Albert Dodge.

My experience at St. Albert Dodge was top notch, Brent in sales was very helpful assisting me in my first truck purchase, I was very satisfied with every aspect in the purchase. Vince in financial was very helpful also. Would recommend St. Albert Dodge.

From the time that I bought my car there, they treated me with respect and excellence. Ravi was quick to get back to me with the information that I needed and always went above and beyond to make me feel special and important. When ever I wait for my oil to get changed all the staff are always ready to help and keep me company. I never feel as if I m at a dealership St. Albert dodge is family to me.

John Smith, the salesman I dealt with was great, he really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Im sure the other sales people are great as well as I had the opportunity to chat with a few but I would definitely recommend John Smith. . Gave me a great price right from the beginning. Didn't need to sit there and haggle. Unfortunately you still have to watch the finance guys, Vince tacked on a 388 tire warranty fee without even asking. When I returned to ask for a breakdown and explanation of the fees. He was like what? I thought I told you about the 388..?? He did not. Scribbled some numbers down on a sticky note and slid it at me like I was some kinda dummy wasting his time. Which I was, I signed papers without asking for a complete break down. I was so pissed off I just left. But not before Vince printed off the tire warranty papers which I unknowingly paid for. Thanks I sleep better knowing my tires are insured. Over all still very happy, definitely ask for John.
