this dealership made it happen they hustle to make sure i got what i wanted they got me my new 2017 dodge 2500 i couldnt be happier with the service i strongly suggest st.albert dodge for anyone looking for a new ram

This was thee most pleasant service experience Ever! I will deffinately continue taking my 2010 Charger there for all my service and repairs. After my one off used car dealer failed to help me *Discount Motors* St Albert Dodge made my repairs affordable and most of all I feel I can trust in them. THANK YOU TEAM at St.Albert dodge!!! Please... Ps your coffee was very tasty as well, had 2 cups while I waited only an hour for 3 simple repairs. Highly recommend you to anyone for any make and models. Thanks again!!

Some people there are nice but overall not impressed. Service department is horrible. I was able to fix something on my brand new 2016 that after 2 visits their techs couldn't and Im not even a mechanic. They can be quite rude at times also. Never even gave a courtesy call to see if I was happy with my new truck. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line they don't want to ever see you again it seems. I bought 2 brand new trucks there (2014 and 2016) but I wont go back next trade. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere ....
