Had nothing but great dealings with the service dept. for warranty on my 2014 Ram 2500. All have been fixed quickly and right the first time. Warranty work is something that no dealer likes to do and tries to give the run around. I have never felt like that here. The service advisors are always updating me and letting me know what’s going on and a timeline for my truck. I have sent friends here with there trucks and they have all felt the same as well. When and if the time comes to get into something else I’m sure the sales dept. will be great as well!

The entire team at South Trail is amazing! I just purchased my second Wrangler and I could not be more pleased. They looked high and low for the model I wanted and got it to me in less than 24 hours! It was a seamless transition from one Jeep to another. Buying my new Jeep could not have been easier. Thank you!

Although we bought our vehicles at other locations south trail has been the only dealership to give us no hassles on our warranty issues. Will definitely be buying from you next new vehicle.

Amazing customer service, zero hassles. Next new vehicles will be from South trail. Nothing but complaints with other Dodge /Jeep dealers in town. I recommend your service department to everyone I know driving Dodge /Jeep
