I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot From South Trail Chrysler in 2017. I’ve had the Jeep for a little over a year and recently it had some issues and now living in Medicine Hat I brought it to Jackson Dodge which was a mistake as the communication was not being kept up. Instead of fixing the issue Jackson Dodge allowed me to take a vehicle home that wasn’t tested to see if it was fixed, thank god nothing happened to me or my family. This didnt happen when I took the vehicle to South Trail, not only did they fix the issue but they took care of me by letting me use a good vehicle until mine was fixed! It took 3 weeks and many tests to find out the issue but they didn’t give up and didn’t send me home with a broken vehicle. Excellent sales got me to buy the vehicle and excellent customer service keeps me driving back from Medicine Hat every time I have an issue. Especially after dealing with the local dealership. Thank you Jennifer S (service Dept.)for all your help and keeping me up to date on what was going on during the whole process, top notch customer service!

Poor workmanship on my vehicle

My service advisor was very helpful but after driving 10 kilometres in my truck one of the coolant hoses (that was removed to perform the service) started leaking. I brought my truck back and had to pick it up the next day. I also had both of my battery’s replaced. I think it is ridiculous that I was charged 1.5 hours of work to have both battery’s tested and replaced. A teenager could perform this in 30 minutes. I also noticed today while changing my fuel filter that one of the negative wires wasn’t even connected to the new battery on the driver side of my pickup. Who knows which mechanism relied on that electrical circuit and what potential damage it could have done to my pickup with it not being functional Thanks Matt Schenk Mhs Welding Inc. 4035891149

Everyone was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I didn't have to wait too long for the shuttle to take me home and they called me when they were outside my door to take me back to the dealership. When i called to inquire about my vehicle they actually made me feel valued and took the time to take my call and find out where my vehicle was in the line to get into the shop and apologized for it taking so long. I felt valued as a CUSTOMER and just not another number that walked through the door.

I’m so happy I called ST Chrysler to help me find my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee!! Nosh listened to what I wanted and came up with the best price, interest rate, and vehicle! Brittany was amazing and made financing so fast and easy, and even let me take over her desk when my phone was about to die on hold with insurance. I was most impressed as after I had signed everything and had the vehicle home, we noticed some confusion on some fees I was not aware of..... most places would have told me I was SOL, but they were happy to explain things and make it right and Mark the GM and Nosh had it taken care of within a few hours ...Great team... go see them!!

Oil change, transmission fluid replacement, brake fluid replacement, transmission box repair and pulley and belt replacement. I would like clarification as to what the charge for “customer pay shop charge for shop repair” for $67.24 is for (last item on the invoice)?
