My entire experience from the moment I walked in to the day Brandon did the delivery was INCREDIBLY positive. I would recommend you come down to see for yourself how amazing this dealership is!

Great Customer Service and quick turnaround on my vehicle. I called at 10:30, brought my vehicle for winter tires and steelies for noon and got the vehicle back by 2pm. Now my wife will be safer on the road...thx #southtrailchrysler.

My window fell of the tracks because of frozen ice unexpectedly when I was working and I stoped by the dealership unannounced to see if they could fix it. I talked with Jen and she was so nice and accommodating she got my truck in right away which was good because I use it for work. Thank you Jen I would highly recommend this dealership

Brought my vehicle in because the heat on the driver's side door wasn't working. The service provider at told me over the phone after the initial diagnosis that it would be finished by the end of the day, if not, they would call to notify. Apparently this employee was let go that very afternoon so I understand the speed bump but somebody should have followed up. I even phoned around 5:15 and the receptionist tried to out me threw to this service provider. Eventually got a hold of someone around 7:30pm. They called back just before closing to communicate it won't be down till the morning. Fine, as along as it gets done properly right? The next morning someone from the dealership called early to apologize for the mix up and reduced my payment by 20%, which was great on their part. Things happen. When I went to go pick it up(via shuttle, thank-you) I jumped in to find my glove compartment on the floor with my papers scattered along with the dirty air filter on top(which I asked for a new one). I walked in calmly and showed the photo stating "is this how a customer is suppose to pick up the vehicle?" Not with anyone degrading tone, and the gentleman said certainly not, apologized right away and asked for one of his technicians to fix it. The guy came out and also apologized and said this usually never happens. There were scuff marks of black boots on the dash and seat, not a huge deal but worth mentioning. This experience review isn't suppose to revive a wound or anything, just fact for fact. I don't know if I'll come back here but I do appreciate the prompt apologies and quickness to solve the issue(next day). Thanks for reading.
