Team at South Trail Chrysler are professional and courteous. Brandon tailored our buying experience to fit our needs with no pressure and no haggling. Managers and finance team also made the whole process run smoothly. Very positive experience!

It was a great experience to work with Brandon MacArthur, from the beginning to the end of our process of buying a car he was professional and friendly at the same time. He was the person who did his job very good in every aspect, all the time his focus was on what’s the best for our needs. When we decide to buy another car, for sure, he will be the person who we will contact first, and also we will refer on him the people who are looking for great sales executive. Came in to pick up the wife's van after it was serviced. Ended up being late due to traffic issues, everyone had already left and I thought I'd have to come back, but a gentleman who was just leaving saw me and was still able to find the bill and keys to the van so that we could be off on our way, even though it was 15 minutes after they were supposed to be closed. Now that is great service!

The service mgr here at South Trail Chrysler ( Phil Mitchell) is the best service mgr I have ever had at any Chrysler dealership, in decades. I was about to never buy a Chrysler product again as it was my experience that all the dealerships were incompetent ....or out right dishonest. until now He is honest and goes the extra mile. Again, after all this time since my first review …as of today’s date which is April 17 I am here to tell you once again that this is the best service Mgr and facility that you’ll ever find in the city of Calgary for your Chrysler product. Phil Mitchell is just incredible. I don’t know how much they pay this fine professional….but they should double his salary because he’s so solid Very conscientious and delivers good value every time

Talked to Tony there about a vehicle I was interested in. Made plans to meet at 2pm that day so I could take a look at it. Drove to Calgary from red deer just to find out the car was sold a while ago and wasn't even on the lot. Waste of time and fuel

Hi Brian and thank you for letting us know about your most recent experience; I am sorry you felt your time and fuel were wasted. I’ve had the chance to speak with Tony (our sales person) and both of his sales managers to get to the bottom of this and this is what I found: the vehicle was sold Tuesday evening “after” you had made plans with Tony to drive to Calgary to see it on Wednesday. I am sorry this was not communicated to you in time to prevent your drive into the city but we cannot guarantee availability for any of our vehicles without a deposit to hold it and it is my understanding you chose to not go that route. We would love the opportunity to make that up to you somehow perhaps on another unit if you’re still in the market for a vehicle. UPDATE!: They say below that they are trying to work with me to get the deposit back, but all they are doing is trying to pressure us into buying a vehicle from them to get a deposit refunded. More awesome sales tatics from these guys.. Stay FAR FAR away from this place! I wish we had. Do not sign anything, do not give them deposits!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. These people kept us there for hours with our kids before they would tell us prices for vehicles or trade ins. We put down a deposit as we had to leave, and we were insured that the deposit was refundable. Now I'm having to file an AMVIC complaint as they will not refund our deposit and are trying to talk us in to buying vehicles we don't want. I've never experience such a shady way of doing business or such awful customer service.

We’re sorry that you feel that you were cheated but without disclosing the terms of your purchase agreement in this public forum, you clearly signed off on the purchase of the two vehicles and secured each with a deposit. Changing your mind after the fact leaves us no recourse but to retain your deposit. I know you’ve already been communicating with our GSM Mark and that he has presented you with various options but also know that you’ve declined them all and are not willing to compromise on any. Mark has informed me that he recommended you file a complaint with AMVIC who is the province’s mediator for vehicle purchases but we are confident that we will not be found in the wrong. We’re really trying to help you but we need your willingness to participate in these discussions.
