Were honest about what was going on with my vehicle. They gave me 10% for waiting and washed it. That doesn’t happen at to many places. They have a pretty nice waiting area as well.

I was treated great here. Super helpful and friendly staff from the the parts and service desks to the sales reps. They also have me a killer deal on my brand new truck!

I have nothing bad to say about South trail Chrysler I always get great service they are fast and they keep you updated on everything they are doing and they only fix what needs to be fixed and I totally appreciate that

My experience at South Trail Chrysler begins on the road with a flat tire. I hadn't finished my coffee, AMA just told me that my membership expired, and the 'call a friend' lifeline wasn't looking great. Then Roger pulled over and asks if I'm okay and offers to take me to the dealership to see how he could help. Not only do Roger and Greg make 2 trips to rescue my (Ford) SUV to get the spare on, they dealt with the Service Centre so I didn't have too. I get a quick tour of the beautiful showroom and Roger takes the time to show me what my options would look like if I were to consider a new ride. Never once did I feel pressured to buy and it was a great way to see how my experience at South Trail will be one day. What I thought would be a warm place to sort out a plan, I enjoyed the comforts of their customer lounge while my tire was patched and repaired, the other tires topped up, and all the dirt magically disappeared! While my review is similar to what so many people who have been there, have loved and raved about, there's something to be said about the heart of the people who work there. So, go!!!! They honestly want to help you. Thank you a million times over to Roger who literally went that extra mile to make sure I would be safe on the road and was 100% looked after - now and hopefully sometime soon :)
