My experience at South Trail Chrysler begins on the road with a flat tire. I hadn't finished my coffee, AMA just told me that my membership expired, and the 'call a friend' lifeline wasn't looking great. Then Roger pulled over and asks if I'm okay and offers to take me to the dealership to see how he could help. Not only do Roger and Greg make 2 trips to rescue my (Ford) SUV to get the spare on, they dealt with the Service Centre so I didn't have too. I get a quick tour of the beautiful showroom and Roger takes the time to show me what my options would look like if I were to consider a new ride. Never once did I feel pressured to buy and it was a great way to see how my experience at South Trail will be one day. What I thought would be a warm place to sort out a plan, I enjoyed the comforts of their customer lounge while my tire was patched and repaired, the other tires topped up, and all the dirt magically disappeared! While my review is similar to what so many people who have been there, have loved and raved about, there's something to be said about the heart of the people who work there. So, go!!!! They honestly want to help you. Thank you a million times over to Roger who literally went that extra mile to make sure I would be safe on the road and was 100% looked after - now and hopefully sometime soon :)

Vehicle servicing was quick, vehicle came back nice and clean and staff were very knowledgeable.

We were met by Brad outside the dealership almost as soon as we got out of or vehicle. Normally when a salesman is so quick to introduce himself I'm put off by the pushiness. Brad was not pushy in the least. Talking with him was easy because he was actually listening to what we wanted in a vehicle and he did his best to find what we were after on the lot. I planned on shopping a couple of dealerships that day but there was no need. South Trail had a large selection and Brad had no problem bringing a couple of different vehicles around for us to look at. Also after the purchase we had to bring the vehicle back to have accessories installed and that process also went very smoothly. Best dealership experience I have ever had so far. I am very happy with both Brad as a salesman and the dealership as a whole. They have definitely earned my business in the future as well.

We had an excellent experience with Brad Shannon. He listened to what we wanted and found us a truck we love. I will walk out on sales people who I dislike and not once did I feel like walking out � He made the process so easy. He was super friendly and real. He was also training a gentleman (sorry I have forgotten his name) that was a super nice guy as well. We felt less like we were buying a vehicle and more like we were with friends. I am confident when we are looking for a vehicle again in the future, we will make our way back there.
