Terrible dealer all started with the whole sale of my 2017 Ram, had nothing but issues with the truck since day 1 which started with it not starting. They threatened to keep my deposit on the truck when I tried to back out of the deal prior to all this(wish I would have listened to my instincts). Brought it to them several times and was told " we couldn't duplicate the problem". Also had a video of the issue nothing was done and was brushed off. Had tires mounted and balanced and the inside of each rim was covered in weights you could see from a mile away. Long story short ended up trading in my 2017 Ram on a real truck and got a 2017 Sierra. I was a Loyal Ram customer before this and they turned me into the total opposite. Have owned 6 Rams and will never own another now. Avoid at all costs!!! Bunch of crooks.

My old car had a blown engine on a highway on New Year's Eve. I needed a newer car badly. I was paired with south trail Chrysler though Canadasrives.ca. The dealers I worked with to make this deal, Alistair Seabrook and credit manager, Samer Khatib were excellent. They spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with the car and followed up immediately if I had issues. That level of customer service is rare nowadays. I'll be back for my next vehicle for sure.

Thank you too roger, he stayed within my budget of what I had for a vehicle and even stayed over time to make my purchase easier. Made the whole process quick and easy, made my job not stressful at all! thanks again!. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. Thank you again roger.
